3 pm: Guided tour with curator Brenda Guesnet of both exhibitions

4 pm: Reading by author Rose-Marie François from her poetry collection Quartz, illustrated with drawings by Léon Wuidar

5 pm: Book presentation of the new publication Shifting Shapes by Joke Hansen. A conversation between the artist and art writer Tamara Beheydt

BIOGRAPHIES

Rose-Marie François is a poet, writer, and multilingual literary figure whose work circulates internationally. The author of more than forty books published across Belgium, France, Quebec, Germany, Austria, Latvia, Great Britain, Romania, Bulgaria, and other regions, her texts appear widely in journals and anthologies, and have been translated into more than twelve languages. Alongside her publishing practice, she has taught at several universities, including the University of Liège, Lund University in Sweden, and Riga in Latvia, where she was awarded an honorary doctorate.

Tamara Beheydt is an art writer and curator based in Brussels. She frequently publishes contributions for specialized magazines, writes exhibition texts or portfolio texts for artists, and occasionally performs as a public speaker during panel conversations, lectures, or artist talks. She is also part of the organizational team of the non-profit art space SECONDroom. From an interest and belief in the value of contemporary art for the human community, she commits to providing a supporting platform to artistic discourses and to maintaining a critical overview of developments in the cultural field.
